Mash bill: 72% corn, 18% rye, 10% malted barley

Tasting Notes: The nose is dense and inviting pecan pie in a glass. It continues with deep fruitiness, sticky caramel buns, and chocolate ganache.

The palate carries kelvin-like reduced cherry notes with plenty of heavy caramel, charred oak, and dark chocolate. It lays on the palate creamy and continues dark and clinging with spiced pecans.

The finish is long and rich, trailing with caramel, warm charred oak, fresh cinnamon and leather.
