The palate is viscous and spicy - heavily charred oak, burnt citrus peel, heavy toffee and molasses, black licorice and blackberry cobbler. 

The finish is long with tons of toasted oak, damp dark fruits, citrus filled baking spices, brown sugar and caramel.
