Tasting Notes: The nose is immediately powerful and richly aromatic. Butterscotch, grape juice concentrate, and creamy caramel lead the way, with an almost syrupy juiciness that feels dense, sweet, and intoxicating.

The palate is incredibly flavorful, beginning with sweet maltiness, leading with vanilla pudding pops and creamy caramel malt. It carries a slightly funky edge, with buttery, sweet earthy notes moving into almond paste and an almost wine-finished fruitiness. That depth is especially impressive considering this is unfinished. Dangerously proofed, it drinks with surprising ease.

The finish is long and coating, returning to rich butterscotch and saturated, sugary grape fruitiness. Singed orange peel and heavy simple syrup add lift and weight before settling into a lingering layer of sweet, seasoned oak.
