This bold bourbon is rooted in transparency, authenticity, and a deep respect for the land.

Tasting Notes: Rich and expressive. Dark caramel, molasses, and toasted grain hit first, followed by charred oak, orange peel, and a touch of leather. There’s a deeper cherry sweetness here that hints at what’s coming.


Rich and layered from the first sip. Molasses and toasted pecan build into brown butter toffee and crème brûlée. Black pepper spice and dark fruit reduction give complexity. Hints of dark chocolate and dried fig emerge with air. Velvet mouthfeel that fills the palate with flavor.


Long and warm, carrying oak spice, caramelized sugar, and a lingering nutty sweetness with plenty of cherry and torched orange peel . The spice hangs around just long enough to keep things interesting.
