Tasting Notes: Cooked apples, juicy and bright. Sweet spices, candied citrus, creamy whipped cream and gobs of brown sugar.

The palate has plenty of toasted baking spices nipping at the sids of the mouth right away, then transitions into big creamy vanilla tones followed by the classic amburana tropical fruit and cinnamon pastry.

The finish is long lasting with huge trails of creamy vanilla, and perhaps the best (and most surprising) part is how much oakiness from the rye is showcased in the long finish. Once you get to that part, you just may be rewarded with one of our favorite amburana finished whiskeys we’ve offered.
