Tasting Notes: The nose begins rich and ramped up, with antique oak, waves of chocolate, overcooked caramel, bergamot, and cane sugar, plus something reminiscent of fresh spring air. Very clean, very aromatic, and very comforting.
The palate is layered and viscous. It moves through baked berry notes from blueberry to blackberry to raspberry, into a middle full of citrus oleo and chewy brown sugar, then into a unique floral, grape jelly-like fruitiness before settling into sweet antique oak and leather.
The finish remains rich and rounded, bringing in silky caramel drizzle and French vanilla alongside softly smoked raspberry jam, with lingering cola concentrate and sweet oak.
