Nuestras Raíces—Spanish for “Our Roots”—is a bold, small-batch destilado de agave crafted by third-generation Maestro Destilador Humberto Alvarado in the remote jungle village of La Estancita, Jalisco. Rooted in a centuries-old family recipe, this spirit captures the raw essence of Blue Weber Agave using traditional techniques passed down through generations.

Every step of the process honors the past—from hand-chopping agave and wild open-air fermentation to slow cooking in a wood-fired autoclave and distilling in stainless steel with copper coils. Fermented with native yeast and washed with natural spring water sourced just 100 meters from the still, the result is a pure, unfiltered expression of agave in its wildest form.

We call it “Jugo de la Selva” (Jungle Juice)—vibrant, vegetal, and unapologetically agave-forward.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Bright and herbaceous with lime, mint, grilled vegetables, cut grass, roasted pepper, and a hint of almond

Palate: Full-bodied with bold notes of cooked agave, sea salt, lemon, lime, ripe cantaloupe, and green apple

Finish: Long and warming with lingering sweetness, citrus, and subtle minerality
