Master Distiller Notes

Nose: Warm honey and pancake syrup lead, layered with bittersweet chocolate and fresh honeysuckle. Light herbal notes of thyme weave through sweet cornbread and toasted corn flakes.

Palate: Opens with maple sweetness and malted barley, then spiced plums and cinnamon-sugar doughnuts. Gentle baking spice builds through the mid-palate, adding depth and balance alongside hints of French toast and orange jam.

Finish: Soft baking spice lingers into sweet corn and dark, sugary maltiness from the bourbon, creating a balanced, long finish with a touch of warmth.
