Tasting Notes: The nose runs the gamut from sweet oak to semisweet chocolate, tangerine, a sweet mint bite, and raisin. There's a fresh, zippy citrus quality to it, think lemon-lime cola concentrate with a nip of ginger and perfumed wood.

The palate is tingly and candied, with a damp blackberry syrup moving into grape soda concentrate as buttery toffee continues well into the finish. There's this ramped-up, freshly baked fruit pie note that grows mid-palate as nips of white pepper and anise hit the sides of the tongue like Pop Rocks.

The finish is initially rich and spiced before turning creamy and semi-dry, with notes of chocolate-covered blueberry açaí and torched lemon peel.
