Our flagship spirit, this bourbon is made from 100% Jimmy Red corn, a magenta-hued landrace grain grown for decades on James Island and nearly lost forever. Aged a minimum of two years in char 3 American oak barrels, this bourbon boasts notes of graham, cinnamon, and maple with a creamy mouthfeel.

High Wire Jimmy Red Bourbon Sherry Finish

To make this one-of-a-kind spirit, we finished our beloved 3 year old Jimmy Red Bourbon for an additional 6 months in fresh 225L Oloroso Sherry casks. The nose is sherry-forward with nutty cashew and cinnamon spice. Tasting notes include brown sugar, maple, gingerbread, graham cracker, light baking spice, and dried fruit with a caramel finish.
