⁠This fourth release of the Manifest Whiskey Project is a foray into new territory and maybe the best so far. We sourced a delicious four-year-old high-rye bourbon (75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley) and carefully blended in some of Manifest's organic wheated rye whiskey (60% rye, 40% wheat) that has aged for two and a half years at our distillery. The result is a unique creation that celebrates the best qualities of each spirit. On the nose, creme brulee, spice cake and tobacco transition to chocolate cherry cordial, sweet tea and baker's cocoa on the palate, with a long sweet and spicy combination that lingers. ⁠

Kings County Distillery is New York City’s oldest operating whiskey distillery, the first since Prohibition.
