About: Every so often, a barrel in our rickhouse turns out a little different from the rest. Those are the ones we keep a close eye on, and the ones we set aside for our Estate Private Barrel Selection. Like everything in the Old Soul Estate Collection, each barrel starts with 100% Mississippi-grown grain and is pot distilled, aged and bottled at our distillery in downtown Jackson. Each one is bottled uncut, straight from the barrel, and labeled for the buyer who selected it. No two are quite alike.
