Tasting Notes: The nose is full of confectionary sweetness - butterscotch candies and bear claws (or turtles), so expect to find silky milk chocolate, caramel, lemon curd, and fresh pecans, along with freshly oiled leather glove.

The palate is a nicely coating with rich, sweet oak, semi-sweet chocolates, roasted peanuts, chewy toffee with dusty caramel, dried cherry, freshly baked pecan pie (filling and crust) and lasting dried leather.

The finish is my favorite part. It remains rounded and balanced - pecan pie, brown sugar, toasted meringue, and dried red fruit with soft leather continuing and this lovely oak presence picking up well into the long finish.
