I'd like to welcome Eight Oaks Craft Distillers to Seelbach's! They're a grain to glass distiller from New Tripoli, PA. They grow all of their own grains. They also make an incredible Applejack. Since they don't have an orchard they tapped a friend a couple of miles away to source the apples.
