I'd like to welcome Eight Oaks Craft Distillers to Seelbach's! They're a grain to glass distiller from New Tripoli, PA. They grow all of their own grains. They also make an incredible Applejack. Since they don't have an orchard they tapped a friend a couple of miles away to source the apples.

While visiting a PA market on vacation I bought Eight Oaks Whiskey and brought it back to New Orleans, My Father said said it was the best Whiskey he has ever had! I wish they sold it here at our local Martin Wine Cellar. There products are a must buy..
My husband and I stopped by when traveling home from a concert with a few hours to kill. We fell in love with the Penna Rye and their Gin. The young man in the video above even gave us a spontaneous tour. This whiskey is a must-try-must-buy-again spirit.
