18 years as a craft distiller is definitely something to celebrate. J. Henry & Sons bourbon started out as a dram. In 2008, Joe Henry decided to resurrect an heirloom red corn. This was a corn Joe's father had grown for decades in the 40's. Since this corn hadn't been grown in some time, they had to repropagate the grain themselves. All the grain used in J. Henry Bourbon comes from Henry Farms. Their soil to bottle approach results in an undeniably good product.

Today, we offer the 2025 Anniversary bottle, created by Joe Henry & Nancy Fraley in 2019 to honor the anniversary of the first barrels aged on the Henry farm. The 2025 cask strength blend is a meticulous blend of some of their oldest and most unique stock, ranging from 6 to 14 years, handpicked by Master Blender Joe Z. Henry and Master Blender Emiritus Nancy Fraley. I've always loved this bourbon for its creamy vanilla and allspice notes. At it's combined age, those flavor notes are enhanced and deepened. It is an incredible blend of true craft whiskey.

Because of the demand we usually see for this bottle, we are limiting it to limit 1 per person.

J. Henry connects to their French heritage once again to discover the richness and elegance of the world's most famous apple brandy, Calvados.

Pomme D'or - Golden Apple - recalls the Norse mythology of Idun, the goddess of youth and the keeper of the life-giving golden apples. It is said Norse gods retained their healthy, young vitality from her golden apples.

The phrase "an apple a day keeps the doctor away" originated from the magical properties of the golden apple in Norse mythology. Reward yourself and celebrate the fruits of your labor with the pomme d'or.

The bouquet of this product is truly exceptional; dark, heavy and rich. There is warm, dark hot cocoa with whipped cream, bitter chocolate, and chocolate covered espresso beans, subtle hints of warm baked apple pie, mocha, cinnamon apple spice cake and a nice finish of warm apple strudel with fresh whipped creme.

The French have been carefully crafting this icon of the French "art de vivre" for five centuries. Le trou Normand or "Norman hole" is a beloved tradition in Normandy where a small glass of Calvados is taken between courses.
The "hole" is intended to make room for further enjoyment of one's meal, to continue the savoring of delicious food & company. Reward yourself and celebrate the fruits of your labor with le trou Normand.

The bouquet of this product is truly exceptional; warm crisp cinnamon fried apples, funnel cake with candied apples and pears, a bright fresh pear tart, some ginger candy with lemon grass, almond cake, apple pie, lemon meringue and some toasted coconut on the finish.
