This is the fourth release from Bardstown Bourbon Co. Their Discovery series works to blend aged Kentucky Straight Bourbon into unique expressions. This has quickly become one of my favorite sourced products. The blending team at Bardstown continues to do a fantastic job!

Bardstown Discovery Series #4 is a blend of the following Kentucky Straight Bourbons:
55% - 13-year-old Kentucky bourbon. Mash Bill: 74/18/8 Corn/Rye/Malted barley
37% - 15-year-old Kentucky Bourbon Mash Bill: 78.5/13/8.5 Corn/Rye/Malted barley
8% - 10-year-old Kentucky Bourbon Mash Bill: 75/13/12 Corn/Rye/Malted barley.
Proof: 115 proof
Tasting notes: Waves of caramel and baking spice meet depths of oak and smoke. Dried figs and dates round out this complex, aged Kentucky bourbon, on the palate, lively bursts of fruit and spice evolve into an enduring balanced finish.
