Broad Branch Distillery Tradecraft Bourbon

About the product: A blend of 13 barrels of Broad Branch's signature ultra low-rye Big Winston Bourbon and MGP high-rye bourbon, aged 8 years and 121 proof. The blend was created by master blender, Nancy Fraley. 

Tasting Notes: The palate is exceptionally soft and round for 121 proof, with notes of North Carolina Cheerwine float with vanilla bean ice cream, date cake smothered with warm toffee sauce, orange-scented almond tort topped with summer berries, chess pie, and waves of brown baking spices on the finish.
