Thrasher's Coconut Rum

Most Coconut rums do not come at 80 proof! 

I wanted to make a Coconut Rum that was more  savory than Sweet. It begins with 60 pounds of raw coconut, steeping overnight in the still. We then load the botanical basket with 5 pounds of toasted coconut to impart a ‘nutty’ aroma.  There are 2 different expressions of coconut in our rum, resulting in  natural flavors and a delicate, smooth mouthfeel. No sugar or artificial Flavor is added! There is not your normal sweet and Sugary Coconut Rum!
