About the product: In a mission to bottle and preserve the essence of New Hampshire’s Swift River, Saison de Frai is a brandy infused with a smoked trout distillate that deliciously embraces a ‘catch and release’ mentality. The foundation of this blend is a four-year-aged apple brandy, with aromatic notes of maple and fruitwood. As a final touch of innovation, we carefully add real trout roe upon bottling the liquid.
