Tasting Notes: 

Nose: Blueberry syrup, fresh French toast, raw manuka honey, roasted cardamom pods and rose water. 

Palate: Fig jam, black cherry pie, sweet cigar smoke, candied dates, jamaican allspice and hazelnut butter.

Finish: Medium to long, roasted caramel hard candy, fresh kettle corn, homemade marshmallow and orgeat, accompanied by soft barrel tannins. 

Description: We’re proud to announce the return of our Bottled in Bond Blue Corn Bourbon Whiskey. This Winter release was a fan favorite when it was released last year, and with an additional year of aging, it might be even better. Represented by the winter crow, we employed blue corn to invoke the endless winter night sky.
