Cooperage: 

• First Barrel: Fire-charred, new American white oak barrels
• Second Barrel: Toasted barrel made from 24-month air dried wood that is subjected to low temperature toasting
• Secondary Aging: 6-14 months in toasted French casks

Tasting Notes: Notes of oak, orchard fruit and vanilla up front. Creamy tannic mouth feel followed by a nutty light spice finish that compliments this elegant whiskey.
