[Pre-Sale] Starlight Distillery Estate Collection Indiana Straight Bourbon Whiskey

About the product: Among the purest expressions of what Starlight has to offer, this release reflects our commitment, passion, and family legacy. Produced in collaboration with the Estate Whiskey Alliance, it was made entirely grain-to-glass, with 80% of its grain grown and harvested on the Huber family estate. This limited release represents the highest level of craftsmanship our distillery can offer.

The blend was carefully selected from some of the finest bourbons resting in our rickhouses and features our signature three-grain mash bill, built on rare heirloom corn and Indiana rye. Each barrel was sweet mash fermented, double pot distilled on our Vendome copper stills, entered at low proof, and aged slowly to develop exceptional depth and character.

The casks matured in the distillery's original red warehouses, where a dynamic aging environment pushed the whiskey to its peak, intensifying body, oak integration, aromatic richness, and layered complexity.

Hand-selected by Ted, Blake, and Christian Huber, each barrel was bottled only at full maturity.
