Tasting Notes: Saturated, deep, and intense - this is what we love about Kelvin barrel bourbons.

Deep aromatics with dark honey, creamy nougat, heavy cola syrup, and slightly perfumed antique oak but still some bright, juicy stone fruit popping through.

The palate is dark, rich, and coating. Plenty of dark berries, intense barrel char, and lingering herbal kissed dark chocolate with a lasting, spiced saturation continuing long on the palate. A dense plum and spiced cherry note continues long. Heavy cherry barbecue and the creamiest marshmallows.

The finish gives beautiful old oak notes, molasses, rich dark berry syrup and a long, creamy, spiced cream soda sweetness lasting well into the long finish.
