Tasting Notes: toasted vanilla, caramel and dehydrated orange. Classic Kentucky straight bourbon. A wonderful balance of sweetness, dried fruit and spice. A note roasted of roasted pine nuts and cinnamon apple oatmeal drenched in maple syrup starts to develop on the back palate. The finish is medium length as it moves toasted almonds, cracked black pepper and a touch more brown sugar
