Tasting Notes: The nose is vanilla bean ice cream, fresh Krispy Kreme glazed donuts, southern pralines, Bit-O-Honey, but with just a enough oak, baked apple tart, orange zest, and floral to add nuance.

The palate is creme brûlée, served to the table with the sugar still on fire. Velvety texture is a highlight, and while proofy, still doesn’t drink over 140 proof.
