Tasting Notes: The nose is dense, nearly confectionary - carrot cake with caramel icing and a glass of cream soda. As it opens more plum and grape notes come out, backed by cinnamon raisin bread. Softer notes of tobacco and sweet oak lay in the background, but only as support.

The palate is well spiced - cinnamon, cardamom, black pepper, ginger, and freshly grated nutmeg, all wrapped up in French oak-esque warming toasted oak.

While it starts the sip spiced, the notes begin to transition mid palate and into the finish with more buttery pecan pie, semi-sweet chocolates, and a bit of smoked custard.
