About: Rare Character has become perhaps the hottest American whiskey brand over the last two years, coveted by serious drinkers and collectors alike. Their owner, Pablo Moix, has graciously agreed to bottle an entire barrel of specially-branded PS 107 whiskey specifically for the Auction Gala 2023. This limited edition release is a one-of-kind straight rye whiskey finished in Amburana barrels, a rare Brazilian wood that imparts incredible aroma and flavor to whiskey, and which has become a sensation in the industry of late. The unique label artwork is from PS 107 mom Kate Wilkes Polevoy, depicting the school, the Picnic House, and our Brooklyn community. Only around 180 total bottles will be available, first come, first serve. 100% of proceeds after bottling costs will be donated back to the school; an estimated $6000 if the entire barrel sells out. Expect 4-6 weeks for fulfillment.
