Rare Character Whiskey 2-PACK "Hurst Knoll Rye & Curated Batch"

Each order includes one bottle of Hurst Knoll Kentucky Straight Rye & Curated batch

Hurst Knoll Kentucky Straight Rye

Born from the hills. Built for the classics.

A carefully crafted union of Kentucky straight rye barrels, Hurst Knoll is a whiskey born from resilience — inspired by the rugged hillsides where rye naturally thrives. With a minimum age of seven years and bottled at 101 proof, it delivers the bold spice, depth, and balance that define exceptional rye.

Developed by Pablo Moix, whose decades behind America’s best bars shaped its character, Hurst Knoll was designed for timeless cocktails like the Manhattan, Old Fashioned, or any modern riff deserving of a spirit with backbone.

Thoughtfully aged and blended for versatility, Hurst Knoll bridges heritage and innovation — a whiskey built to elevate the classics, inspire new creations, and remind us that great flavor always finds its footing, even on the steepest ground.
