Rimfire is our single malt scotch-style whiskey, aged in our own used bourbon barrels. Smoked with Texas Mesquite instead of peat, it is a lightly smoked, well-balanced sipping whiskey.
Appearance: Light Amber
Nose: Sweet tropical notes of ripe mango and dried banana with a hint of vanilla
Taste: Smooth and delicate with a light malty sweetness
Finish: Soft, balanced and dry with hints of light smoke and roasted chocolate
A few drops of water help to enhance the smoke and highlight the mesquite flavor.
