Tasting Notes: There’s a clean woodsiness to it, while still having classic honey, toffee, and dark leaning berries. After that, sweeter hot chocolate and caramel notes continue to grow, with a slight whiff of sweet oak. 

The palate follows closely to the nose with big berry and cherry notes, lots of dense brown sugar, and a strong showing of sweet oak. There’s plenty of toffee growing on the palate, as well as prominent peppery spice.
 
The finish is long, chocolatey, and spiced - like a big mug of Mexican hot chocolate with heavy handed cayenne pepper.
