Tasting Notes:

The nose is creamy, candied, and herbal. Deep vanilla and sweet mint.

The palate is deep and rich, with strong herbal notes mixed with the charred sugar on the outside of a freshly toasted marshmallow. There’s a softer tobacco note adding sweetness to the dancing spices.

The finish sticks to the sides of the mouth, slightly sweetened with cooked sugars but mainly red wine-like tannins saturating and drying across the palate.
