• Nose - Sweet sherry, dried fruits, raisins - fruit cake flavors. Sweet ripe plums, a hint of hazelnut and peanut butter.
• Taste - Rich syrupy sweetness, dried apricots, cherries and raisins; a light cocoa dust, nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves. Light oaky spices with black pepper.
• Finish - Sweetness fading into a light oaky dryness, with cinnamon and light citrus notes.
