Age: 4+ years
Proof: 115 proof
Mash bill: 99% Corn, 1% Malted Barley
About the product: Featuring the “Old Hamer Standard” mash bill of 99% corn, and 1% malted barley, it is a softer sweeter presentation of cask strength bourbon compared to traditional three or four grain mash bills. Aged for a minimum of 3 years in 53-gallon new charred American oak barrels, this barrel proof delicacy ranges from 115-120 proof depending on the batch. On the nose, rich aromas of cherry, baking spice, toasted marshmallow, and oak jump from the glass. On the palate, proof is balanced by soft sweet vanilla, plum and cherry notes. Brown sugar and subtle oak are perfectly balanced to round out the finish.
