Palate: Caramel and milk chocolate lead the way, backed by dark honey and a rich, slightly oily texture. You’ll also find layers of dried figs, dates, and molasses adding depth, with a bit of orange peel giving it a fresh edge.

 

Finish: Long and warming, with classic baking spices and a quick pop of white pepper. It finishes on a gently dry note, leaving behind a soft trace of cinnamon.
