Mash bill: 51% rye, 45% corn, 4% malted barley 

Tasting Notes: The nose is plump and rounded, soft and candied herbal notes, lime, a mix of dark fruit and summer fruits, and continuing with cooked caramel and freshly baked Dutch apple pie with cinnamon crust.

The palate is chewy leaning towards but not quite rich in texture with a decadent buttery sweetness beginning. Plenty of warm custard, candied orange citrus, lime sugar, and sweet oak.

The finish is slightly drying with bright baked apples, chewy brown sugar, and warm oak.
