Tasting Notes: This one all but jumps out of the glass on the nose - great balance of creamy sugared fruits and vanilla bean, lasting long with tobacco, worn leather, and mature oak. The more you sip the more espresso fudge brownies and dense brown sugar start to emerge.

The palate masks the proof well, yet remains full bodied and oaky with dark, saturated berries and long spiced chocolate. Still, there’s a strand of blueberry and vanilla cream that lasts long past the heavier fruits.

The finish continues that swirl of blueberry and vanilla and starts to add in a bit of caramel syrup before candied almonds, tiramisu, rooibos tea, and barrel char.
