Tasting notes: The nose is rich brown sugar galore. Lots of tart cherry with creamy caramel and toasted maple. 

The palate is filled with luxardo cherry juice and gobs of berries. Smoked maple and big brown sugar continue each sip in waves of flavor over beautiful grounding oak. 

It continues sticky and bright long into the finish, first with brown sugar growing a bit more crystalized sugar, then with smoked maple moving into more barbecue-like spice.

Big and bold. Yee-haw.
