Mash bill: 51/39/10 corn, wheat, barley

Tasting Notes: Juicy, saturated, and aromatic. The nose has a light grape juice quality, combined with raspberry, soft leather, and shortbread cookie.

The palate opens beautifully silky, like a melted Neapolitan milkshake with notes of strawberry, chocolate, and vanilla. There’s a darker, sweeter layer that leans more toward tiramisu.

It remains airy and creamy into the finish, with lightly charred oak, caramel drizzle, and vanilla waffle cone.
