Seelbach's Tasting Notes: Maple toffee on the nose in addition to notes of dried cherries and orange zest. It's a fruit cocktail in a glass! Chocolate covered pecans and oak on the palate. A really great balance. From a sweeter notes this transitions incredibly to really some dry and spiced notes. The drier notes hit a medium finish. It lingers with a little dried apple and baking spice.

Nose:
Hints of chocolate, vanilla, blackberry and raspberry, maple and oak provides for an enjoyable start to this bourbon.
Palate:
Rich notes of caramel, chocolate with spices and some sweet oak wood. Tasted with a dried cranberry brought out notes of vanilla. The pecan conveyed fruit and chocolate.
Finish:
Long and smooth with toasted vanilla and spice. The dried cranberry brought out the oak and spice. The pecan made the finish very long with spice, oak and chocolate. It has a true Beat Navy finish!
