Seelbach's Notes: This is a rye lovers rye. Warm and creamy toffee, peaches & cream, lemon custard, and fresh lemongrass give this an intoxicating nose.

The palate is rich with classic rye spices, lemon zest, lingering caramelized sugar and long lasting oak.

The finish is deep and well spiced, with enough buttery sweetness and oak to leave a long lasting impression.
