KO Distilling Bare Knuckle Rye Whiskey Cask Strength

Bare Knuckle Straight Rye Whiskey Single Barrel Cask Strength is made with 100% rye, sourced from local Virginia farms.  It is double-distilled, aged for at least 2 years in a single charred new American White Oak barrel, and bottled directly from the barrel, without dilution.  This spirit can range from ~118 to ~125 proof, and produces a wonderful depth of flavor and heat.

Tasting Notes

Bare Knuckle Straight Rye Whiskey Single Barrel Cask Strength has a beautiful bready flavor up front with notes of vanilla and cinnamon, similar to a sweet roll.  It finishes with rye pepper, spiciness, and heat from its higher proof.
