About the product: For this small batch blend we found vibrant floral forward Rye barrels and blended them together to create the base blend that was then secondary aged in toasted barrels a little over 4 months. We tasted the barrels on a regular basis and once we were excited with the balance of floral spice and the toasted sweetness of the secondary barrels, we again batched them together to create this small batch offering.
