Tasting Notes:
Nose: sweet cream candies, hydrangeas, morning glories, geranium, dried apricots, red berries, peach cobbler, brown sugar, and blackberry jam.
Palate: complex and rich with vanilla, nutmeg, clove and toasted pecans.
Finish: a long finish of vanilla mint with a lingering hint of baking spices.
About the product: By bringing together our estate-grown Bloody Butcher Corn, Malted Rye, Malted Wheat, and Malted Barley, each grain's distinctive flavor comes forward in just the right way. The perfect amount of spicy and sweet, toasty and earthy; it's simply delicious but there's nothing simple about it.

What we don’t produce ourselves, we get from other farms in the area so we can do our part to support local agriculture.
