About the product: As sweet as it gets. One of our finest high-corn Hamer bourbon barrels was selected to be finished in a rum cask. On the nose, dark rum spice, molasses, and dried stone fruit jump from the glass. Sweet and salty caramel is followed by persimmon pudding, cane sugar, and a touch of rum spice. The finish is pure caramel and balanced oak.
