Age:  A 5-year Japanese whiskey aged in used sherry barrels and blended with a 2-year straight American rice whiskey aged in new American oak barrels.

ABV/Proof: 42% 84 proof

Mash bill: Barley and rice 

Sourced: Blend of Japanese whiskey and in-house whiskey

Tasting Notes: Subtle maple, fig, and caramel notes lead into a more pronounced toffee flavor. As the sweetness subsides, a hint of toasted almond and a slight note of stone fruit. Finish with a sherry-like nuttiness and mild touch of salinity.
