Lowcountry Agricole is developed in the true style of the famous French West Indies Rhum makers. Distilled at a very low proof from the juice of fresh-pressed sugar cane grown in Green Pond, SC at Lavington Farms Ace Basin. It's barrel rested for 2 months, this Rhum agricole has a complex, earthy flavor with an incredibly long, sweet finish. A true terroir spirit, this Rhum agricole is only the second true agricole made in the United States. Serve neat or with a single ice cube. Only 396 bottles produced!

High Wire sources its flavor-intense, blue-ribbon variety of cane, with its signature blue-hued stalk, from three local farms. The differences in soil lend taste distinctions to each batch — the coastal cane has more salinity; the inland, a brighter, banana-like flavor. The bottles are appropriately labeled according to the farm the cane came from.
