Tasting Notes: Big caramel, big luxardo cherry, big pronounced wood right off the bat. The nose is deep and juicy with a creamy, honey stickiness and nice leather.
Viscous right away - deep, baked cherry notes and heavy dark chocolate. The finish has a fun cooling sensation joining this charred oak notes but underlying with toffee and chocolate cream. Smoked leather and high percentage sea salted dark chocolate.
The finish trails thick with heavy leather and caramel but begins to fade for spiced chocolate to linger a bit longer.
