Tasting Notes: The nose is a beautiful mix of rich caramel, sweet corn, dried cranberries and cherries, and a candied, slightly perfumed and mint kissed vanilla.
The palate is ramped up and rich - a highlight in every Frey Ranch bourbon - though instead of the usual spices striking, this one highlights creamy custard and vanilla sweetness before a mixture of blackberry compote and cinnamon butter.
The finish continues long and warming with drying oak, aged leather, and a growing spice with a lovely sweetness of vanilla bean ice cream with chocolate shavings on top.
