Tasting Notes:
The nose is equal parts desserty and equal parts charred oak: inviting yet satiating. Toasted vanilla, green apple, spiced ginger cookies and chocolate syrup.
The palate is full of caramel and cinnamon butter, but then quickly reveals spiced orange muffins, dried fruits, dark chocolate with a big vanilla soaked charred oak finish.
