Tasting Notes: 

The nose is equal parts desserty and equal parts charred oak: inviting yet satiating. Toasted vanilla, green apple, spiced ginger cookies and chocolate syrup.

The palate is full of caramel and cinnamon butter, but then quickly reveals spiced orange muffins, dried fruits, dark chocolate with a big vanilla soaked charred oak finish.

28% of the blend comes from C.J. Henry & Sons in Dane, WI, consisting of 65% Red Heirloom Corn, 14% Heirloom Glacier Winter Wheat, 14% Heirloom Spooner Rye, and 7% Malted barley.
 
20% of the blend comes from MB Roland Distillery in Pembroke, KY, consisting of 60% White corn, 35% Rye, and 5% Malted Barley.
