Tasting Notes:  The nose is decadent and dare I say a tad dusty. Salted caramel, butterscotch, relaxed leather, cooked cherry sauce, spiced apples, slightly savory vanilla cream, and balanced oak. Continues to grow creamier the longer it sits in the glass. 

The palate here is bright and lively with crisp green apples and lots of baked cherry pie, complete with crumbled pie crust. Big brown sugar, toasted vanilla, and a creamy caramel lingering before more chocolate and oak.
 
The finish continues bright and well spiced, with plenty of red fruit, tobacco, and creamy chocolate.
